Thanks guys, the kids came down with the flu yesterday, and soon after I posted the pics I was huggin the toilet myself :x .
I would like to post some more pics of the butt ends of the limb and the ends of the filler piece....when grinding them to fit, seems to have left a small white line under the glass. It looks like it almost lifted a bit??? Just wanted to pic some brains to find a better way to do this.
I'll also try to post more pics of the shelf jig w/Gino's burr bit.
The toilet is calling my name.....Jared

Is this some kind of jig for use with a router? Could you possibly post more pics of this setup?

Here are some more pics of my shelf jig...Just an old router table w/ mdf 6" radius jig. I used a dowel in the center as the pivet point, and drilled a matching hole in the table for it to fit into. I bought both the the radius and square cut burr bits, but have only used the square.
The other pics are of the white lines on the glass....might try the disk sander instead of the edge, used 80gr may try 60 on the next. I think maybe it got to hot while sanding, and that caused the seperation???
