I have been reading this whole thread and seen the video.
badger told me about this event and i might send in a bow next year from a Swedish
manufacturer.
Not that it would be faster then kens bow because it isn't
but as you said, a bow can have other qualities.
Impressive speeds.
Ken - not only do you make superbows, you hold a good event.
One thing i was thinking about during the video, in respect to wooden bows
is that if there is a way to fix the release mechanism that would be very good.
I saw steves bow on full draw abit longer then i would enjoy my own bow being held.
This is a small thing and please don't think I am being overly critical because
the wtt happening at all is something big(for me and in my eyes)
Ken did a very good job shooting the bows.
But a wooden bow performs best (and likes it best) if it can be drawn and shot in one fluid motion.
But on the other hand a bow should also be build so that it can withstand being held for a bit without breaking,
as i said, it is a small thing and you are probably already working on the release and have it
improved to next year.
