New design: updated riser pics, finished pics

Postby arrowlauncherdj » Fri Jul 25, 2014 9:36 pm

Ill be posting pics tonight as I go here, but this is a gray AW and Osage handle with black and white glass accents. Here is the new limb design... It has a 3" PL past the fades and a tame TW. I didnt wanna go too rigid on the tips and the geometry is def harder hook than ur average curve but not as tight as some full statics.

Pad angle is 16* on a 15" riser. Stack is .230 using aboo taper and brown stripe parallel with a maple parallel, and .040 glass going for 50-56 lb. if it turns out, I'm gonna skin the limbs with those that Nolz sent me like 3 yr ago lol. Wish me luck guys!

Here's some new pics, got her strung last night. This was the most off I've ever had on tiller on any set of limbs ever. I rechecked pad angles, pulled the mic out and I just don't understand it. It was almost an inch too strong on one limb. Makes me think I got a piece of .05 glass bc all wood was identical. But I have only ordered .04 glass and that's the only thing I've ever used. Maybe that was slipped in my shipment and I didnt realize it. :(

Laptop is on the fritz so I'm still sharing FB til I can get it fixed, sorry guys. If u wanna see them and can't see FB ill be glad to email you.
