...so I built a bow. 56" 60@28 coco and Texas ebony riser with yew/white phenolic accent. Yew veneers and a-boo core and p-lam.

Beautiful looking bow...are you pleased with the shooting characteristics?
The reason I support the 2nd Amendment is because I'm too young to die but too old for an ass whoopin' !

I am very pleased. Yew is one of my favorite limb woods to use. It is very smooth and quiet and really smokes an arrow! I draw about 25.5 maybe 26 so it's about 53-54# for me and feels like I'm only drawing upper 40's. I'm very happy with it

You are sounding like me now bored and all-- I am liking the shape of that riser. Yew is one of my favorites under clear glass.

Good looking bow, I really like that riser.
You can tell a lot about a woman's mood just by her hands. If they are holding a gun, she's probably angry.
