Old rifle, new rifle hunter

Every Pirate has a few few firearms stashed here and there. This is a place to talk about everything from front-stuffers to machine guns and everything in between.

Well thanks to Clint helping me track her and finish her off I'm 2 for 2. I was just a tad back on this shot. If you look as far down the road as you can see that's where she crossed.Image
I'm pretty sure it's over 200, anyhow I hit her through the back of the hams and broke one leg. Not pretty but she's the one on the far left Image
When you take your kid hunting and he says thank you and tells you how much he loves being in the woods with you, your day just isn't going to get any better than that.

Nice ...
I have been looking at a few old Mauser Bolts recently. My only 30 calls are a Ruger no 1 in 30'06 and a BLR in 308.

2nd and 3rd hand those bolts have kept their value round here .....

Very cool
