just nailed a squirrel at 50 yards with a 18 strand d97. left handed 70#longbow.my stuff accurate with 18 and 21 strand strings, you know ,i remember Steve Abbott commented one time to me and "who thinks they can write a book about archery?" "you can't write a book about archery, ...it's archery!'" what are they doing? it's archery, you just shoot! i agree,kinda like the old saying, "them that do, do, them that can't ,teach."

Cool shot on a small crtitter ... I love trying to take bunnies at long range ... Kinda like re enacting Azincourt out on some of my flat paddocks ...
it must be us left handed longbowers .....

I know a couple of "teachers" and they sure do shoot rings around me and have walls chock full of good mounts ...

i'm planning on quail hunting this year with a bow,made some snare tips out of 305 tig welding wire,work pretty good.
