Low wrist grip

I got a T-rex riser a nice gentleman gave me. Have any of you took the grip off your ILF risers and put some sort of wrap on? I think that might give me a good low wrist setup. It feels good with the grip off...if I could get the right wrap....maybe put some thin rubber on first and then some sort of wrap on over that. Might work??????

I like a low wrist grip. I've taken the handles off of Hoyt Dorados, Gamemasters, and a Tradtech Titan and replaced it with tennis racket wrap. You can get them at any sporting goods store for pretty cheap. I'm not a fan of pistol grips anymore.

Low wrist grips all the way.

There was this guy who was fat, ugly, and smelled kinda funny. He made this ILF riser that was made with an integral grip wrapped with tennis racket tape. It works well until you get into real heavy poundage. Then you need a larger contact area otherwise it'll be too hard on your hands.
