I've seen a couple but never owned one...the aluminum limbs have been known to blow into pieces but have no experience in that happening (thankfully)...might be a nice conversation piece, but wouldn't shoot one..
The reason I support the 2nd Amendment is because I'm too young to die but too old for an ass whoopin' !

The Par-X bow was quite popular in its day, but as said they did have a problem with the aluminum crystallizing from repeated bending of the limbs. I have one similar to the Par-X in my collection use to shoot it all the time, it made a great bow-fishing bow.
