I saw that one, never seen that either.
Don't care for the seller though.

Past dealings? Looks like that bow is special to someone, $ 413. There seems to be more investments in old bows on ebay than on Wall Street lately.

I agree with kbel5. That outfit gets a very low rating from me. They're more self absorbed, unethical profit mongers than outright crooks. I have won a few of their auctions in the past & the only reason they don't have Negative FB is because I didn't give it to them. They're not above misrepresenting things & lax about good business practices. A lot of the problems are just plain airheadedness, but there is a bad smell on the scent post, too. I would definitely stay away from these guys.

Northwoodswisconsin bought up every primo bow for about a year. Whenever I saw he was bidding I didn't even bother to bid. The dude has some DEEP pockets and was never, ever outbid, that I'm aware of.

As far as this Tamerlane goes, I guess that I don't like the maple much at all. $413 is plenty for this bow.

I just don't want to pay a premium for any of them.
They made a lot of bows, and there is still a lot in people's closets.

There are a few people on ebay, that are more than just making a buck,
but thats their deal, I just don't bid and move along.

the more i look at that riser, the more i like it........ i am half way thinking that i may try to replicate one next winter..... if anyone has one that they wouldn't mind parting with for a few weeks sometime later in the year, let me know...... i'd certainly make it worth their time if they did.

Hey Gino
I don't have a Tamerlane.
I know somebody in Burien, Wa. that has one or two,Don Ward (BowDoc) his shop is there,
don't know if you get that way much.
If nobody has a loaner here, I'll try Don, pretty sure he'd do it.
What length??
