Sigh......of relief. I'm happy. :D :D :D :D :D :D
Looks like we have some great numbers here. Ken, wish I would have put the Centaur in the hot rod class with one of them skinny strings. I wonder how much difference it would have made? But still that will give Jimmy Neves some free publicity.

Well, congratulations, impressive numbers, save mine :( ;) :) ... I hoped the machine could add a bit to get them in the 180s like what I measured over here. ;) But so I know my hand release seems not to be too bad :D and my arrows probably slightly too light when doing my tests here (did not weigh them too meticulously, I must admit)
When I see this long list I figure you had a lot of work to do today. I am drinking coffee, you may still be drinking some beers an be really tired - seven hours difference I guess.
Conclusion: There is still a noticeable difference between what an all natural material bow can do and the numbers that can be done with modern materials. I missed badger in the list - isnĀ“t he there, I guess he would have done some fps more in favour of the reputation of the wooden sticks.... :) We will have to keep on working to see wether limits are already reached or there are still some fps left to be made when we put wood and grass together.
Thank you for your great work and keep on having a good time altogether!

Hanno

Well done to everyone -- great results.
Glad to see the event has not degenerated into a drinkathon. Not that I see a problem with that -- Its just more difficult to get accurate results.
Have to say tj's all glass result is impressive

Wow, what a night! My head is a little thick right now. and there will definately be some recovery time needed.

It was very easy to see results of education that is shared and absorbed here on POA. Just look at last years results with mixed (normally lower) brace heights vs this years standard 6 3/4 brace heights and the averages are still higher. Very cool! :D

Hanno those bows were amazing that you sent in! The tips were incredible and I really really liked the antler inlay at the shelf.

Jared your bow stood out too, I really liked it.

All the bows were great and really close, we've certainly grown in knowledge since last year

Those are some great numbers for everybody. Thanks to all of you for getting this project done again. I sure would have liked to have been there. Maybe next year. I wish I would have had you do the hot rod on mine too.
