i agree ernie....... the secret of the false wedge (power lam) and tip wedge is no longer a secret. :geek:

ya know, cote was just over last night and we were talking about this place. we were talking about how much these discussions are helping all of us by put our heads together to advance our designs on a learning curve that is soooooo much faster than many of the "pros" that like to keep what they are doing some sort of secret. he and i have been saying for years how that that metality of keeping things "secretive" has only hurt the development of trad tackle. one thing is for sure..... i see a lot of non-member pros lurking here quite often :D . who knows, if a place like this existed when the LW first started up, we may have already had totally new designs and materials and may have been chasing down 215fps for this next WTT.

Amen to that! When we share our secrets we all benefit. What goes around comes around. :D Jim

I am thinking we are going to have a BUNCH of bows, set up real nice like, that make upper 180's...and several hot rods in the mid 190 's! And...hehehe...a 200 or two....

If I can get this design into the mid 190s with glass I am going to be very happy. I still need to chrono this latest test bow.

TJ, I'll bet your latest profile change that you showed me is going to be fast.

i'll second that!!!! that will put you into the 200 mark pretty easy by swapping to a double carbon limb of the same design if you figure a 5-7fps minimum gain....... hey ernie and ken, i am getting the felling we have another sandbagger here. ;)
