got the arrow shafts made and matched up. what flavor are the veneers going to be?? i am think about what cresting and feather colors to use.

Waiting to see pics of the riser brock is glueing up....then we'll choose some veneers!

Riser is all glued up and ready to go. Here are a few pics.

Zebra
Bubinga
I put a lam of maple between.

Here is a pic with a template of the riser cut out to get an idea of what it will look like. The template is smaller than actual size.
The Zebra should really come out once shaping is done.

Jim - I know it is a 1pc recurve on Ken's form.

I shipped the riser to Ken today. Should have it this weekend. Definately a heavy riser. Weighed in at 6 lbs. Will make for a nice stable bow.

Did anyone pic the laminations yet? Courious

A nice waterfall or figured Bubinga might look nice.
