gino, the limbs you finished for yours in the pic arent the same veneers you showed that you were chasing the grain on the bandsaw are they? there seems to be a lot more figure in the finished ones than the ones you showed before. i did see in one pic there were like 2-3 sets of limbs laying on the table, whats up with that? did you make multiple weights for your bow?

TJ- different veneers :D .... i was at our local supplier and they had a new board in..... i bought the whole dang thing. it is 8/4 10x60".... i got enough for a boat load of veneers and 2 risers..... it will be my personal stash  . one set of limbs was going to be my hunting limbs (until i found these veneers) and another set was for my wife's bow (normal limb set-up). while i was there i also managed to find a REAL nice piece of bocote...... there is just enough for 2 bows worth of veneers but it is some of the most figured bacote i have ever held...... it was shoved way in the back of the stack of boards (that is usually where the good stuff is :D ).

nothing gets past you does it ;) ........ good eye.

Wow, those are really, really nice Gino. Your new limb mounting design seems to have been worth it. Very sleek.
Just gorgeous. Thanks for inspiring!!
