THAT was awesome Gino. Between your buildalong and the one on the Brack site I can see why #1 you dont do that for a living and #2 I'll never again question why bowyers ask the kinda $$ they do for their bows......it still aint enough  Awesome brother, awesome ;)

Great work - one question about your limb form, is there an advantage to your design where the limb tip is pushed downward by the top half of the form? Mine is reversed - yours puts the back of the limb against the form and mine puts the belly.

thanks again guys, i am glad you enjoyed it.

jaybo- i don't think so...... infact, the very first takedown form i did years ago was like yours and it was actually easier to work with since i used to tape down the lams before i put the top half of the form on. if i used a tapered wedge instead of a parallel, i'd probably still do it that way. with the parallel wedge, there is the radiused section of the wedge that would have to be shaped exactly like the form..... by doing it the way i do it with the back against the form, the hose will conform the lams to the radiused section.

not to nitpick but isnt a sheet of paper .003"? not .007"

the way you cut your nocks gino, could you do that on a drill press with the moving tables like that? i dont know that it would be as accurate but would it work if you just got a small set of the tables? i know they gotta sell em somewhere.
