Decided to fry up some venison tenderloin for lunch. I like to coat my steak in bread crumbs and seasoning before tossing them into some hot grease. Reached for my seasoning and found a new bottle "McCormick Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple". Decided to give it a try. Excellent choice. Just a couple shakes to add to the Italian bread crumbs. Try it. :D
