Venison Spanish Rice

Just finished butchering my deer. Ended up with 21# of ground venison that I re-ground with 3# of pork sausage. I will use 1.5# of this burger to make the venison Spanish rice.
1: fry up 6 slices of bacon-crispy and set aside.
2: brown venison burger in the bacon grease
3: add 1 quart of tomato juice (my brother makes a killer tomato/crunchy vegetable combo that he cans from his garden with crunchy celery, peppers, and jalapeno for spice/flavor) and heat
4: cook 4 cups of white rice
5: add burger mix and crumbled bacon to rice
6: heat and eat
I'll be bringing this to our family Christmas get together Saturday. I expect the pot to be empty when I leave. ;)
