This dude was looking for chicks yesterday....found a fat guy in a ghillie suit :?
Put on a cool show, made a scrape and horned a few trees at about 15yds. Saw me at 8yds taking his picture. Hope to see him next year or the year after ;)

Nice ! You're a little old for youth day so I am guessing that is Delaware ?? :P Them old pumps still get it done, I put a Leupold 3 X 9 on Bubba's Mossberg for this year. I had to take him to the Doctor today so I didn't have time to drive over and hunt the place I wanted to so I hit one closer to home. About 3:15 I heard what I thought was a group of deer coming right like they should be, got the bow ready and had tension on the string when about 15 of these went through my shooting lane Image

Not often we get a south wind in November and I knew where I wanted to go, walked in a ways on a piece of public land, sat a ridge with a couple fresh scrapes and a rub line and watched the chase on the next ridge over  I think I burned all my luck killing a Sika this year !

Dang TJ, I see a fight, chase and hear grunting in the woods most every time I go out. Of course, that is just my hunting partners. They are getting on up in age and are pretty crochety.
You can tell a lot about a woman's mood just by her hands. If they are holding a gun, she's probably angry.
